We do not sell beauty products, skincare items, or other categories. Our focus is strictly luxury designer fragrances.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that ALL of the following conditions are met:

β’ The original manufacturer seal must remain intact

ScentStories will cover return shipping if:

β’ The item arrived damaged
β’ The product is defective
For all other approved eligible returns, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned perfume:
β’ Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days
β’ Refunds are issued to the original payment method
β’ A confirmation will be provided once processed
Please Note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
