ScentStories is proudly based in the United States. All perfume orders are shipped from within the U.S.

We specialize exclusively in authentic designer perfumes from:

Jean Paul Gaultier
Yves Saint Laurent

We do not sell beauty products, skincare, or other categories.


3️⃣ Do you ship internationally?

No. At this time, ScentStories ships only within the United States.


4️⃣ How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
After shipment, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.


5️⃣ How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

• Delivery address
• Selected shipping method
• Order size

All shipping fees are clearly displayed before purchase confirmation.


6️⃣ How can I track my order?

Once your perfume order has shipped, tracking details will be provided so you can monitor your shipment until delivery.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


7️⃣ What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened and unused perfumes in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene and authenticity protection standards, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

8️⃣ How do I start a return?

To begin a return:

• Contact us with your order number
• Explain the reason for return
• Wait for return approval instructions

Our support team will guide you through the process.


9️⃣ Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be canceled before shipment.

Once a perfume has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may request a return after delivery if eligibility requirements are met.
